At the end of February, members of Hikari Dojo participated in an international jodo seminar in Budapest, bringing together practitioners from Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and of course the host country, Hungary. The seminar was led by Rene van Amersfoort sensei, 8th dan, kyoshi from the Netherlands, who brought a wealth of experience along with his distinctive teaching style.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rene sensei venoval pozornos\u0165 detailom a dbal na to, aby si ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk odniesol z \u00favodn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu \u010do najviac, \u010di u\u017e i\u0161lo o techniku, na\u010dasovanie alebo celkov\u00e9 pochopenie pohybu.
<\/span>The weekend then followed a classic structure, focusing on Tandoku dosa and Sotai dosa. What was explained on Friday was immediately put into practice and explored in more depth. After the basics, we smoothly transitioned into kata, from Tsuki zue to Seigan. Adriana took on the role of uchidachi, assisting a Hungarian yondan candidate acting as shidachi, which was both interesting and inspiring to observe.

Mno\u017estvo presn\u00fdch vysvetlen\u00ed, opr\u00e1v a individu\u00e1lnych r\u00e1d od senseia pomohlo lep\u0161ie pochopi\u0165 princ\u00edpy a dalo jasn\u00fd smer do \u010fal\u0161ieho tr\u00e9ningu.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entire seminar took place in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. In addition to high-quality training, we had the opportunity to meet practitioners from different countries, exchange experiences, and share our enthusiasm for jodo.
