Joined by our friends from Serbia and Hungary, we spent two focused days developing our koryu skills under the guidance of our teacher, Mari\u00e1n sensei. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We covered a total of 12 kata selected from all three series of the school. The training was filled with repetition, detailed explanations, and plenty of physical effort, sweat, sore knees, and all. But that\u2019s the essence of koryu, a path that demands commitment and patience.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We\u2019re already looking forward to the next opportunity to train together in the spirit of our beautiful tradition, this time under the guidance of Patrik sensei, who will be visiting us in just a few
